    בלב רחוב שקט על צל גבעה, עם נוף אורבני מרהיב למגדלי תל אביב ורמת גן, שוכנת דירה ייחודית ומעוצבת, שעברה מתיחת פנים מקיפה.

    הדירה, בבעלות זוג עובדי הייטק עם שלושה ילדים בוגרים, תוכננה מתוך מחשבה להכניס את הטבע מהחצר האחורית אל תוך הבית וליצור תחושה של מגורים בבית פרטי, למרות היותה חלק מבניין בוטיק.

    העיצוב כולל מרפסת מרווחת שהפכה לחלק אינטגרלי מהסלון, תוך שימוש במערכת חלונות ודלתות בסגנון קלאסי, המדמה בית פרטי מסורתי. פרופילי האלומיניום השחורים בסגנון בלגי, עם חלוקות מדויקות ופתיחת ציר ייחודית, יוצרים תחושת חמימות ויוקרה. אלמנטים נוספים, כמו שילוב אבן טבעית ועמודים סימטריים, משלימים את המראה האלגנטי.

    כדי להתאים את הבית לאורח חיים מודרני, נוסף בו גם אזור עבודה שקט ומעוצב, הממוקם בנפרד מהחלל המרכזי, ליצירת סביבת עבודה רגועה ונעימה.
